Support

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. To cancel, open the Google Play app on your device, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select SkinPilot, and tap Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can always contact us at hello@myskinpilot.com if you believe a charge was made in error.

Your data is stored on Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified cloud platform. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We never sell your personal data to third parties. When you chat with your AI companion, your inputs are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses — please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

You can request account deletion directly from within the SkinPilot app via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, email us at hello@myskinpilot.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and we will process your request within 30 days. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your skin logs, check-in history, and personal data from our systems.

SkinPilot is currently available on Android via Google Play. An iOS version for iPhone is planned and we'd love to keep you in the loop — join our waitlist on the home page and we'll notify you the moment it launches on the App Store.

Glow Pro is SkinPilot's premium subscription, available for $9.99/month or $79.99/year (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers). Glow Pro unlocks advanced AI companion features, deeper insights and trend analysis, unlimited check-in history, and priority support. The free tier includes core habit tracking and a limited companion experience so you can try SkinPilot before committing.

SkinPilot's companion is powered by Claude, an AI model built by Anthropic. When you log a check-in or ask your companion a question, your input is sent to Claude's API to generate a personalized, conversational response based on your skin history and context. The companion gets more relevant over time as it learns your patterns — but it is not a medical professional and its guidance should not replace advice from a dermatologist or doctor.
